George V, Proof Sovereign, 1929 SA, Pretoria, South Africa mint, second smaller bare head left, bm on truncation, no stops, linear outer circle with grained border teeth compartments and rim both sides , rev slightly smaller design therefore with a deeper exergue, St George slaying dragon with sword, no wwp initials under lance anymore, SA mint mark on ground, date in exergue, tiny b.p. to upper right, 7.98g (Hern -; Kaplan -; KM 21; Fr 5; Marsh -; S 4005).
